Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The product packaging is intact
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items NOT eligible for return
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or special-order items
- Digital/downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Partial refunds
We may issue partial refunds for:
- Items with signs of use
- Missing packaging
- Products returned after 30 days (case-by-case)
Rejected refunds
Refunds may be refused if the item is:
- Not in original condition
- Damaged by the customer
- Returned without authorization
3. Exchanges
We will replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
After shipment, cancellations are treated as returns.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Non-Delivery / Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office
- Wait 24–48 hours for carrier updates
If still missing, contact us so we can assist with a claim.
